You are working as a junior doctor in accident and emergency. The paramedics have just brought in Mrs Heather Singh who is an elderly lady. She feels her heart is racing away today and is feeling dizzy and lightheaded.

Station 4 - 10 Minutes

You are working in the hospital cardiology outpatients. Mr Jamira Aluwhala has recently arrived in the UK. He is complaining for the last 12 months that he gets short of breath when he exercises and generally gets tired after doing even minor things.

Station 5 - 10 Minutes

You are working in the GP out of hours service. Mr Ian Lindbottom comes in feeling unwell for the last few days. He had a sore throat last week but this seems to be getting better. He now feels short of breath, tired all the time and in not able to stand on his legs without help.
