Terms and Conditions for Live Courses and Placements

1. Confirmation of Booking
   All bookings for live courses and work experience placements are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payment receipts will be sent via email by our payment processing provider following the completion of the booking.

2. Cancellations and Transfers

   • Once a course or placement is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

   • Requests to transfer to an alternative course date or product may be considered at our sole discretion but are not guaranteed. An administration fee may apply to any approved transfer.

3. Special Offers
   Any promotional offers for live courses or placements apply solely to new bookings made during the promotional period. Retrospective application of discounts or offers to existing bookings is not permitted.

4. Access to Course Streams
   Where available, live course attendees may be offered the option to access recordings or streams of the course after its completion. However, this service is not guaranteed, and we are not liable for any technological failures that prevent access.

5. Health and Safety
   Delegates must not attend in-person courses if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate. Refunds are not available in such cases, and attendees are advised to obtain appropriate insurance to cover such eventualities.

6. Delegate Responsibility for Webinars
   Delegates attending live webinar courses must ensure they have:

   • A reliable internet connection;

   • A suitable computer with a functioning webcam and microphone compatible with Zoom.

7. Cancellation of Courses or Placements by Us
   In the event that we cancel a course or placement in its entirety, delegates will be offered either:

   • A transfer to an alternative course date (subject to availability); or

   • A full refund of the course fee. This refund constitutes the full extent of our liability.

8. Limitation of Guarantee
   Our courses are designed to provide guidance and support. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as a particular examination mark or acceptance into medical school. Delegates remain responsible for their own performance and decisions.

9. Force Majeure (COVID-19 or Other Restrictions)
   Should government-imposed restrictions or unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering an in-person course at the scheduled venue, the course will be converted to an online live webinar format. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

10. Acceptance of Terms
    By booking a place on any live course or placement, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Online Courses and Audiobook Purchases

1. Confirmation of Purchase
   Purchases are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

2. Refunds

   • Refunds for Audiobook Courses are not available once the content has been downloaded or streamed.

   • Refunds for Online Courses are not available unless an error is made by us.

3. Special Offers
   Special offers for Online Courses and Audiobook Courses apply solely to purchases made during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively.

4. Limitation of Guarantee
   As with our live courses, our Online and Audiobook Courses are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee any specific result, such as examination marks or admission to medical school.

5. Acceptance of Terms
   By purchasing any Online or Audiobook Course, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Personal Tuition Sessions

1. Preparation and Cancellation

   • Significant preparation is undertaken before each private tuition session.

   • Sessions cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled start date will incur a 25% administration fee.

   • Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice are non-refundable. Rearrangement requests within this period are at the tutor’s discretion and may not be accommodated.

2. Punctuality

   • Tutors will wait up to 10 minutes for students who are late. During this period, for UK-based students, the tutor will attempt to make contact via phone. If no contact is made, the session will be terminated, and no refund will be issued.

   • If a student chooses to leave a session early, no partial refund will be provided.

3. Delegate Responsibility
   Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

   • A reliable internet connection;

   • A suitable computer capable of running Zoom;

   • A functioning microphone and webcam.

By booking a personal tuition session, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
