Terms and Conditions – Medicine Application Package

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of the Medicine Application Package, courses, tutoring, and any additional services provided by Blue Peanut Medical Education (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing your booking and making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.2. Your place on the programme is confirmed only once payment has been received.
1.3. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include access to the services stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

2. Duration of Support

2.1. Support under this package is provided for a maximum of two (2) years from the date of purchase, or
2.2. Until the academic year in which the student submits their UCAS or direct application for medicine, whichever occurs first.
2.3. After this period, access to mentoring, tuition, courses, materials, and communication will automatically end, unless additional support is purchased separately.
2.4. This time limitation applies regardless of whether the student fully utilises all sessions, materials, or opportunities offered.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

3.1. All bookings are strictly non-refundable. This applies to the full programme fee and any optional add-ons purchased.
3.2. Bookings are non-transferable to another student, applicant, family member, or third party under any circumstances.
3.3. No refunds or partial refunds will be offered in cases of:

• A change of mind

• Withdrawal from the programme

• Failure to attend or complete any part of the course

• Personal circumstances, including illness, exams, travel issues, or technological problems

4. Programme Content and Delivery

4.1. The programme includes the services listed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments or improvements to the timetable, tutors, format, or content.
4.2. 1:1 sessions with Dr Khan or Dr Mannan may take place in person or via Zoom, depending on availability.
4.3. Access to course materials, recordings, and online platforms is granted for personal educational use only. Sharing, copying or distributing materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Student Responsibility

5.1. Students must ensure they attend all sessions on time and complete any preparatory work required.
5.2. Students and parents must ensure reliable internet access for online sessions.
5.3. It is the student’s responsibility to follow the application timelines for UCAS, UCAT, BMAT (if applicable), and university deadlines.

6. Work Experience (Optional Add-On)

6.1. Work experience placements are subject to availability and require additional fees.
6.2. Travel, accommodation, meals and other expenses are not included.
6.3. Students must follow all NHS, safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality rules during placements.
6.4. Misconduct may result in removal from the placement without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. We provide guidance and educational support but cannot guarantee admission to any medical school, interview offer, UCAT score, or other outcome.
7.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the programme.
7.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the programme.

8. Safeguarding and Conduct

8.1. Students must behave respectfully towards tutors, staff, and other participants.
8.2. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the programme with no refund.
8.3. For students under 18, parental consent is required for participation and communication.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All course materials, videos, documents, and teaching content remain the intellectual property of Blue Peanut Medical Education.
9.2. Unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Data Protection

10.1. Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK GDPR regulations.
10.2. By enrolling, you agree to receive essential communications regarding your programme.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms.
11.2. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your booking.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
