Live Course and Placements Terms and Conditions of Booking

• All live course and work experience placement bookings are confirmed fully only upon payment. Receipts are emailed to you shortly after booking by our payment processing provider.

• Cancellations are not permitted once a course has been confirmed.

• We may permit transfer to another course date or product, but this is at our sole discretion and may not be possible. An administration charge of GBP 50.00 may apply.

• Any special offers that are released for day course booking cannot be retrospectively applied to existing bookings

• Some of our live courses have an option to watch the stream after the course. This cannot be guaranteed as failures in technology are beyond our control.

• You must not attend an in person course if you are showing symptoms of COVID or have been advised to self isolate. We cannot offer a refund in such circumstances and recommend you take out insurance to cover such a situation.

• Live webinar course delegates are responsible to ensure they have a working internet connection and suitable computer with a working webcam and microphone working with Zoom before the course start.

• If in the rare event of a course or work experience placement being cancelled in its entirety, we will offer the option transfer to another course date if available, or a full refund of the course fee. This is the limit of our liability to you.

• Our courses have no guarantee that they will result in a particular mark or a place at medical school. Students are free to accept or reject any advice that we give.

• If the UK government imposes COVID19 or other restrictions that prevents us from holding a course in a venue (including but not limited to the hotel no longer permitting courses or students not being able to travel to the city) then we will move all students to an online live webinar format.

• By booking a place on a course you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions.

Online Course, Audiobook Course Conditions of Purchase

• All purchases are confirmed fully only upon payment

• Once an Audiobook Course has been downloaded or streamed refunds are not possible

• Once an Online Course has been purchased refunds are not possible unless there is an error on our part.

• Any special offers that are released for Online Courses or Audiobook Courses cannot be retrospectively applied.

• Our courses have no guarantee that they will result in a particular mark or a place at medical school. Students are free to accept or reject any advice that we give.

• By purchasing an Online Course or Audiobook Course you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions.

Personal Tutor Sessions and UCAS Personal Statement Check Terms and Conditions

• All sessions once booked are non refundable

• Once a day and time for your session has been booked, you must give at least 48 hours notice if you wish to change the session. A rebooking free of £25 might be charged.

• The tutor will remain for up to 15 minutes starting from your session time and wait for you to connect. If you do not connect during this period, the session will be cancelled and no refund given.

• Personal statement checks are usually completed within 7 working days. We cannot guarantee a time frame.

• Our training has no guarantee that they will result in a particular mark or a place at medical school. Students are free to accept or reject any advice that we give.

• By booking sessions or a UCAS personal statement check you agree to these terms and conditions.
