Terms and Conditions for Live Courses, MMI Circuits, and Work Experience Placements
1. Confirmation of Booking
All bookings for live courses, MMI circuits, and work experience placements are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. A payment receipt will be issued electronically via our payment processor upon successful completion of the booking process.
2. Cancellations and Transfers
2.1 Cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable. Once a course, MMI circuit, or placement has been confirmed, cancellations for any reason will not be accepted.
2.2 Transfers
Requests to transfer a booking to an alternative date, product, or session (including MMI circuits) may be considered at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. An administrative fee may apply to any approved transfer.
3. Promotional Offers
Promotional offers apply only to new bookings made during the advertised promotional period. Discounts cannot be retrospectively applied to existing bookings for live courses, MMI circuits, or placements.
4. Access to Course Recordings or Streams
Where applicable, attendees of live courses or MMI circuits may be granted access to post-session recordings or streamed content. This service is offered as a courtesy and is not contractually guaranteed. We accept no liability for technological issues that may prevent access.
5. Health and Safety (COVID-19 and Other Illness)
Participants must not attend any in-person live course, MMI circuit, or placement if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or another contagious illness, or if they have been instructed to self-isolate. Refunds will not be issued in such circumstances. Delegates are strongly advised to arrange personal insurance to cover any such eventualities.
6. Technical Requirements for Webinar Participation
Delegates participating in online sessions, including live webinars or virtual MMI circuits, are responsible for ensuring they have:
A reliable internet connection;
A compatible device with a functioning webcam and microphone (e.g., for Zoom access).
We accept no responsibility for disruptions caused by insufficient technical setup on the delegate’s part.
7. Cancellation by the Organiser
In the event that we cancel a live course, MMI circuit, or placement in its entirety, delegates will be offered one of the following:
A transfer to an alternative date or equivalent session (subject to availability); or
A full refund of the booking fee.
This refund represents the total extent of our liability, and no further compensation will be provided.
8. Limitation of Outcomes
All our services—including live courses, MMI circuits, and placements—are designed to provide guidance and support. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including admission into medical or dental school. Delegates remain fully responsible for their own preparation and performance.
9. Force Majeure
Should government restrictions, public health emergencies (including COVID-19), or other unforeseeable events beyond our control prevent the delivery of an in-person session, we reserve the right to conduct the session online in a live webinar format. No refunds will be offered in these circumstances.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a place on any live course, MMI circuit, or work experience placement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
