Personal Training Terms and Conditions
All personal training sessions are non refundable once payment has been made
The tutor will be flexible with changing of dates given a reasonable period of notice. However, we reserve the right to charge a £35 administration charge to do so. Last minute cancellation is not permitted and will result in the loss of that session with no refund.
The tutor will wait for a total of 15 minutes for the student to connect to the session. If this does not occur the session will be cancelled with no refund for the time booked.
The responsibility for ensuring Zoom, Teams or any other software which we use, is installed and fully operational, with a webcam and microphone is the responsibility of the student prior to the session.
If the tutor in unable to make a session, we will endeavour to reschedule with the student and if this is not possible then we will provide a refund for that session. This is the limit of our liability to you.
